BALL WITH VIXENS To SPEED DATE And PARTY For Charity!

 

 

Overview from Josi Marie;

The BALL WITH VIXENS Speed Dating Event for Charity, will be held on December 19th, 2010, at Crystal's Bar & Lounge (1458 Flatbush Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11210-2329 (718) 859-2141). The very talented DJ MACE will supply the music for the evening! It will begin at 8PM sharp, and an after-party will follow immediately at the same location! The After Party is scheduled to start at 10PM. The Speed Dating Event, like all Ball With Vixens events, is geared towards actively lending a hand in our communities and giving back! From the funds raised from the event, being that we are in the Holiday Season, we will purchase toys and other 'gifts', that will be donated to a charity that gives to less fortunate families with children (toddlers-18yrs old). Meaning, on Christmas day, a child who probably wouldn't have much otherwise, will wake up to a gift, wrapped, and with his/her name on it.

I can personally relate to this, being that when my family first moved to the US in 1999, in Ohio, we had to start all over from the ground up! During the holiday seasons, being involved in our Church, we were able to have gifts under the tree from good Samaritans! I still have a Journal I received when I was 14 on Christmas, that is very special to me, that helped ignite my love for free writing and poetry! Somewhere, a child is waiting for a simple gift that may change their life! If nothing else, that would be a great gift to give OURSELVES; Pay it forward! Hosting this event on the 19th, we will be doing just that, and having an amazing time in the process!
